How long is the warranty period?
MRVI products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and faulty components, not normal wear and tear or user damage.
Do I need to register my product for warranty?
No registration is required. Simply keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. The warranty automatically begins on your purchase date.
What if I bought from a retail store?
Products purchased from authorized retailers are covered. You'll need your store receipt and the product must have a valid authentication code. Some retailers may handle warranty claims directly.
How long does the warranty process take?
We review claims within 24-48 hours. Once approved, replacement shipping takes 3-5 business days. The entire process typically takes 7-10 business days from claim submission to receiving your replacement.
Can I get a refund instead of replacement?
Warranty claims are typically resolved with product replacement. Refunds may be offered at our discretion if the same model is out of stock or if there are repeated issues with replacements.
